How to Order
We take on only a limited number of commissioned pieces per month to ensure each project gets the attention it deserves.
Step 1: Purchase the Listing
Full payment is required at the time of purchase to reserve your spot in our production schedule and begin the design process.
Step 2: Design Consultation
After purchase, we’ll send you a quick intake form to gather details about your vision—what you liked about the sample box, your preferred design elements, wood type, finish, and any personalization you’d like to include.
Step 3: Proofing &
After our consultation, we’ll begin developing your design and collaborate with you on revisions until it’s just right.
Please allow 2–3 weeks for this phase. Prompt communication helps keep your project on track.
Step 4: Production
Once you approve the final design, we’ll begin crafting your box—cutting, assembling, and finishing it with care.
Production time is 1–2 weeks and begins only after final design approval is received.
Durability Reminder: While they are durable, rough handling or dropping may damage the structure or finish. These boxes are intended for casual use and standard card storage.
We reserve the right to decline custom requests that include profanity, hate speech, or any content that does not align with our brand values or capabilities. If your concept falls outside what we can produce, we’ll notify you promptly and offer alternative options or a full refund.
